Asiago, Prosciutto, and Melon Grilled Cheese Sandwich Recipe
Cantaloupe with a little salt sprinkled on it…such a tasty snack, right? Salt brings out the flavor in cantaloupe (and several other fruits!) and that’s how many of us have been eating it for years. But somehow the first time I saw melon and prosciutto together, I thought it sounded so strange to combine these two foods. Well, it is, of course, a genius combination.
